Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zelda Bits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  3. We will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances of the return.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as personal hygiene products or opened electronics, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Gift cards or any promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds
